Avalanche Squares

Okay so this is in the baking category but this recipe does not require any baking.
These are super easy squares to make and are absolutely delicious.
I mean they contain white chocolate and peanut butter which are probably two of my favourite things to bake with.
Oh! and marshmallows. I love any excuse to throw a couple soft sugary pillows into the mix.

What you will need:
  • A bag of white chocolate chips.
  • 1/4 of creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups of Rice Krispies
  • 1 1/2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 of dark chocolate chips

Melt down the white chocolate chips either in the microwave or in a double boiler.  Stir in peanut butter and then pour that melty mixture over your Rice Krispies.  Stir it all up until the Rice Krispies are all evenly coated.  Now you have to let this cool a bit but not so much that it hardens, and then add in the marshmallows and chocolate chips.  You have to wait until its cool so that these don't melt away into the mixture.  Pour into a greased baking sheet, let cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
