I'm popping up a quick recipe here because I was in desperate need of a study pick-me-up! When I saw these cookies on Pinterest, I was like, "damn, why haven't I thought of that."
Now little tip, in the picture on Pinterest, there were the Hershey's cookies 'n cream drops, so I just assumed that's what was in the cookies but the recipe called for chopped up bars. Well I already had bought the drops, so I was going to have to make it work, so I tweaked the recipe a little.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Cookies N Cream Drops chopped
These cookies are ridiculously delicious, one of my favourite recipes of all time. They sat out all night and are still deliciously chewy I can't stop eating them. Safe to say I will never be one of those people who forgets to eat when they are stressed, I definitely binge eat when I'm stressed.
