PRANA Chia Seed Overnight Oatmeal

I'm here to share a favourite hassle-free breakfast recipe with you featuring these PRANA chia seeds.

All you need is:
- 1 cup milk (almond, soy, whatever)
- 1/2 quick oats
- 2 tbs PRANA chia seeds
- various toppings/flavours

Start by combining the milk, oats and chia seeds in a mason jar.  You can leave it in the fridge like this overnight and it will be ready to go in the morning.

Get creative and mix up your toppings!  For this one I used vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup.  You could try different almond mil flavours, I want to give coconut milk a try.  Add fruit, honey, granola, almost anything you can think of goes.
