Cookie Dough Brownies

If you ever wanted to take my advice.... now would be the time.  And my advice today is to make these babies ASAP.  Because these things are friggin delicious!  The recipe is from Recipe Girl and I made the lazy version of it because I had a box of brownie mix kicking around in the cupboards and as soon as I saw these I wanted to make them right that second.
I mixed up the brownies form the directions on the box in a 9x9 inch pan and placed them in the fridge to cool once they were done in the oven.  You can also use any brownie recipe you like or the one she shared on her site, I was just lazy.

Once the brownies are in the fridge you can mix up the cookie dough for on top.  This is the hardest part because this stuff is safe to eat raw, so try not to eat it all before it goes on the brownies... I can see myself just mixing this up to eat out of the bowl.

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature or almost melted
3/4 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk or cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup miniature chocolate chips (I used full size because thats what I had on hand)

Spread this out on top and pop it back in the fridge, once cooled slice it up and enjoy.  I wanna try to make these again with m&m's or something in the dough instead... so many possibilities!
