ColourPop Haul Part 1 - Eyeshadows

Slightly upset that I missed my family's annual trip to Florida this year, I still decided to take advantage of the US address and placed my first Colourpop order.  I have another big post of all the lippies I picked up but thought I would start off with the shadows.  I'm sure many of you have heard how magical Colourpop's shadows are and if you can get your hands on them without having to pay Canada shipping, the cost is amazing.. only $5 USD each!

I wanted to pick shades I thought would work well together and as they do sell these shadows in some quad sets, I tried to pick 4 I really liked and that are similar to shades I reach for everyday.  Although this is not the easiest task to do online I tried my best and am happy with what I ended up with.  First is Glow a creamy vanilla matte shade, which I wish had a bit more colour pay off (you can barely see it here on my arm) but I think it will make a great highlight.  Sunset Blvd is a pearlized warm golden bronze, perfect for summer.  Cornelious is a mid-toned warm caramel matte which I think I will be reaching for constantly.  Finally, Weenie which is a pinky rose gold pearlized shade which I bought because of my love for both my Naked 3 palette and my Maybelline Blushed Nudes.

The last shade I picked up was a bit of a wildcard but I couldn't resist the idea of trying out a duo chrome shadow.  So Quiche is a soft olive with gold and pink-violet glitter.  This one looks slightly intimidating to me but also so fun, I can't wait to try it out!  It also suffered from transport trauma in the greatest form....

Safe to say I think my addiction is growing... if you have any shade suggestions leave them below!
